This company is LEGIT! They replaced our 25 yr old water heater SAME DAY. Ronald was so prompt and professional! He answered all of our questions and really took the stress out of the situation.I will definitely be using this company in the future! Check out the before/after!

Hendrix Heating and Air did a fantastic job.The office staff was very pleasant to talk with and promptly scheduled a technician The technician (Joe) arrived very quickly after I called. He was very professional and wore shoe covers when in the house. He explained everything very well regarding the situation. The pricing was very reasonable. I will highly recommend Hendrix Heating and Air to anyone.

Great customer service and quality of work. I called Hendrix due to the negligence of another company with American Home Shield. I could no longer trust them so I had Hendrix come in to fix the issue and they have followed up. They respond right away and up front about what’s next. I appreciated all of their help before I was extremely frustrated with others.

Came home to no heat and a burning smell in the attic. Matt was here within 45 minutes. Diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, as well as upgrading my service disconnect. Hendrix will be my go-to from here on.

Everyone was great! From the friendly ladies who answered the phone to the guys who came out to do the work. Matthew came out to diagnose it. Super friendly and professional! Joe came back to do the work when the part was available. He got rid of the awful noise it was making and made it safe again. Our 20 year old furnace has never run this good. They cleaned up after themselves and price was super fair too! So impressed and would use again.
